This is a crack at M33. I will most likely go back at this one. I tried converting to 32-bit float in the beginning, but the image went full blown magenta on me, so I had to roll back to 16-bit Int. Anybody have any idea why that might happen? Anyway, I spent a fair bit of time messing with Synthetic Lums, localized sharpening, lot's of masking, color replacement, you name it. The sky background got a bit mottled for my liking.

UPDATE: OK, I went back and improved the background and overall color/contrast. I would appreciate some feedback from you more experienced folks.
