Image Processing Software:

 

Calibration including bias, darks and flats done in Maxim. 
Registration using PinPoint Astrometric in Maxim.
Maxim DDP with no sharpening (User Kernel with 1 in center and all 0 elsewhere) and black point set about 20 below automatic setting to limit black point clipping.
Maxim Raleigh Histogram stretching to equalize histograms.
Color combine to LRGB and RGB using hubble pallet.
In Photoshop, composited LRGB and RGB imaging masking as desired.
Removed some red halos around stars using Color selection and minimum function.
Very slight curves and levels adjustment.
Very slight Noise Ninja with only little sharpening.
