Dark frame substraction: found that adaptave dark subtraction did not work to take out amp glow. used 400 as noise level and 7x7pixels, as the overall avg of pixels in dark was about 400 and hot pixels were larger than 1 pixel. However, the amp glow was about 28000. Because this is so far above bkg perhaps adaptive dark subt did not work.  Use normal dark subt.
